Shamanism in one form or another is found throughout the world, and is widely recognized as being our most ancient form of spiritual practice.
Mongolian shamanism, known also as Tengrism, is an animistic spiritual practice that honors a multitude of Nature spirits and our ancestor spirits, who we believe guide us and watch over us, even when we are not aware of them. In fact, one of the benefits of practicing Tengrism is that it helps attune us to the ways that our ancestor spirits try to communicate with us, allowing us to tap into their wisdom from another realm and to grow spiritually.
The practices in Tengrism are easy to learn and follow, and help us focus our natural spiritual energies in productive ways even as it helps us realize our interconnectedness to Nature. We are able to draw from the energy and protection of a variety of Nature and ancestor spirits to better ourselves and lead happier, more fulfilling lives.
